The problem is the staff and managers attitude. I understand that because I forgot to pick it up I was not able to receive another order or a refund. It definitely did not sit right with me and made me pretty upset. Our total for the order was $21 and no that’s not an enormous amount but for a college student with low funds it’s not easy watching money go down the drain and then getting yelled at, and not helped at all. Quite literally that is one of your jobs especially as a manager at a restaurant. The manager then got on the phone and proceeded to raise his voice with me saying that’s not his job to call me when the customer doesn’t show up. Then, I politely asked for a refund and was told no way there’s nothing they can do. I worked in a restaurant for years and we would get in trouble if we did not call the customer after they were just five minutes late to pick up the order. I called today to see if I could get the order remade and was told they threw it out because WE didn’t call. ended up having an emergency and completely forgot to pick it up. Two days ago I ordered online and prepaid. Today, that view quickly and drastically changed.
